This characteristic detached house from the 1960s was due for a complete roof renewal. The existing roof tiles were worn and the insulation no longer met current standards.
We stripped the complete roof and fitted new insulation, underlayment and high-quality ceramic roof tiles. This improved the property's energy rating by two levels.
The residents immediately notice the difference: a more pleasant indoor climate and a significantly lower energy bill.
